It is used for disassembling and immersion cleaning of filling nozzles and demonstrates excellent cleaning power against fat and protein stains. Its disinfecting effect does not diminish even when coexisting with organic substances such as protein and starch stains. It exhibits cleaning power even at relatively low temperatures, with moderate foaming.
